What’s your nickname?
Dogga

What’s your most memorable game?
My first game against Hawthorn here at AAMI Stadium in 2000 in round six. I think. It was a big win because we were zero and five to start the year and under the pump. I remember running out and thinking I was running really fast, but then a bloke just ran straight past me, so there was definitely some adrenalin flowing.

What’s the ringtone on your mobile phone?
The Get Smart theme.

If you could take one skill from another player in the competition, what would it be?
Chris Judd’s explosive power and speed.

If you weren’t an AFL player?
I don’t know actually. I wanted to be an electrician but I was colour blind so that kind of ruled it out.

Which teammate would you least like to room with on an interstate trip?
Rob Shirley, but I’m not sure if I can talk about why on the website.

Toughest opponent?
I stood Jason Akermanis three or four years ago and he was at the peak of his form. He’s super quick. He can kick both sides of the body and finishes really well, so he’s a tough guy to match up on.

What’s your most hated training drill?
Pre-season running. I don’t think anyone likes that though.

If we put Marty Mattner, Scott Thompson and yourself in a boxing ring- who would come out on top?
Scott Thompson would like to think he would. Unfortunately, yeah, he probably would though.

You’ve won a million dollars, how do you spend it?
Pretty quickly I’d say. I’d like to say I’d invest some of it, but otherwise just have a good time and party.
