Gallman spent most of the 2008 season playing in the SANFL but struggled at times with rib and knee injuries. He was an important part of North Adelaide’s backline and with the loss off Nathan Bassett and Kris Massie post season he will be looking to make his claim for a spot in Adelaide’s defensive group.

Gallman was promoted from the rookie list at the end of the 2007 season. He represented South Australia at full-back in the NAB AFL Under-18 Championship matches in 2006.
