A number of Crows have performed strongly in the final round of the SANFL on the weekend.

In Central District’s narrow win over North Adelaide, Ian Callinan was busy as a small forward and kicked the winning goal. He had 27 possessions and helped set up a number of goals.

James Craig started in the ruck for the Roosters but had a quieter day with 15 hitouts and five disposals.

Brodie Martin finished off his year strongly despite Sturt going down to West Adelaide on Friday night.

Playing through the midfield, Martin had 33 possessions and nine marks and had a strong work rate throughout the contest.

Aidan Riley started at half back and was quiet but found a lot more of the football when moved into the midfield and he competed well. He finished with 23 possessions.

Chris Schmidt was one of West Adelaide’s best playing in the midfield. He had 26 possessions and was clean by hand and foot all night.

Luke Thompson had a solid game for the Eagles in their win over Port Magpies. He played in defence and went up forward after half time and presented well. He finished with 11 possessions and five marks.

Will Young played for Norwood’s league side for the first time since earlier this season and put in a strong defensive performance.

In their loss to South Adelaide, Young competed well in the air and controlled his opponents. He had 16 possessions and six marks.

In the SANFL reserves, Jake von Bertouch (Eagles) had eight possessions and three marks as a forward, while Lachlan Roach (North Adelaide) played across half back and the wing and collected 13 possessions.
