Aidan Riley returns to the SANFL this weekend after missing a month  with a broken hand.

The tough midfielder, who made his AFL debut late last season, joins Brodie Martin, Sam Kerridge, Richard Tambling and rookie Tim McIntyre in Sturt’s team to face Central District at Unley on Saturday afternoon. Brad Symes will front for Central.

Sam Martyn is a chance to make his SANFL league debut after being named in the Eagles’ squad to play West Adelaide at Richmond tomorrow.

The former New South Wales scholarship selection is competing for spots with Cam Ellis-Yolmen and Nick Joyce, while Chris Knights may also be available if not required by the Crows. Luke Thompson will be a key defender for the Eagles and Roy Laird will play for West.

Luke Brown will line up for unbeaten Norwood against South Adelaide in tonight’s game at Noarlunga against South Adelaide, which has named Andy Otten in the centre.  Shaun McKernan has a corked thigh and will rest.

Jarryd Lyons and possibly Tom Lynch will be available for Glenelg on Sunday when it hosts North Adelaide.  Lewis Johnston has been named at centre half forward for the Roosters.

Playing in the reserves this weekend are Ben Dowdell (South), Mitch Grigg (Norwood), Dylan Orval (Central) and James Craig (North).
