Jarryd Lyons, who has missed nearly a month to rest a sore foot, will return as a guest player with the Eagles’ reserves in the SANFL this weekend.

Three SANFL teams - Glenelg, North and Port - have byes this week but there are still a number of Crows listed players involved in the competition.

Sturt has lost a couple of its Crows with rookie Tim McIntyre to make his AFL debut in the Showdown and Sam Kerridge missing to rest a sore groin. Richard Tambling, an emergency for the Crows, may join Matt Jaensch, Josh Jenkins and Aidan Riley in the side to play West Adelaide, which has named Brad Crouch and Rory Laird.

Luke Thompson and Cam Ellis-Yolmen have been named for the Eagles, who are at home to South Adelaide. Andy Otten has been named in the centre for the Panthers.

Norwood will have Luke Brown, if he’s not required by the Crows, and Mitch Grigg has held his spot for the clash with Central District at The Parade on Sunday. Brad Symes will line up for the Doggies.

Nick Joyce, Sam Martyn (Eagles) and Ben Dowdell (South) are playing in the reserves.
