Woodville-West Torrens has named several new recruits in its side to face Adelaide’s State League team Saturday morning at AAMI Stadium.

Two-time ken Farmer Medallist Michael Wundke will make his debut appearance for the Eagles since crossing from South Adelaide, while former Bulldogs James Boyd and Jacob Templeton have also been named.

Adam Grocke will look to put an injured-ravaged 2013 behind him after playing a half in the Eagles’ Reserves team last week.

Trent Hentschel has named a near-full strength side, with 2013 best and fairest Phil Raymond, powerful forward Andrew Ainger, and young talent Matthew Goldsworthy all selected to confront the Crows.

It will be Woodville-West Torrens’ first competitive League trial of the year, with the Eagles also set to play reigning premiers on Friday, March 28 at Coopers Stadium.

Adelaide goes into the match on the back of a 71-point trial win over Sturt a fortnight ago.

Entry to the public is free with access via Gate Three for patrons to watch the game from the Eastern wing of AAMI Stadium.

The game starts at 10.30am.
