Tom Lynch is likely to press for AFL selection this week after a successful comeback in the SANFL.

Lynch collected 31 possessions, nine marks and kicked goal in his return from a shoulder injury at Unley Oval on Saturday.  Mitch Grigg, who had adductor soreness last week, was left out of Adelaide’s win over St Kilda on Sunday and will be available to play this weekend. Forward Jason Porplyzia (corked buttock) will be fit after missing Saturday’s SANFL clash with Sturt.

Ruckman Jack Osborn will miss 2-4 weeks with a back injury after a heavy landing during Adelaide’s SANFL loss Saturday.

Swingman Andy Otten has ramped up his recovery from knee surgery. Otten won’t play this weekend, but is hopeful of being available for selection the following week. Brad Crouch (fractured fibula) is about a month away from returning.

Nathan van Berlo is out of his moon boot and has started walking again in his recovery from Achilles surgery. Van Berlo, Taylor Walker (knee) and Ricky Henderson (leg) are all listed as ‘TBA’ on the Club’s official injury list.

To coincide with the start of school holidays, the Crows will have two open training sessions this week. Fans are invited to watch the team train at Adelaide Oval from 10:30am on Thursday and again on Saturday at 10:30am. Entry to Adelaide Oval is via the Southern Plaza off War Memorial Drive.

The Crows take on Greater Western Sydney at 12:40pm on Sunday, April 20. The match will mark Scott Thompson’s 250th game and Matthew Jaensch’s 50th.

It’s the perfect opportunity for fans that have missed out on the Club’s first two matches to experience Adelaide Oval. Secure your place at afc.com.au/tickets.
