Rory Sloane and Nathan van Berlo are holidaying with their partners in South Africa.

Rory and partner Belinda, and Nathan and fiancé Jess jetted out on Monday after spending the weekend in Melbourne for teammate David Mackay’s wedding.

Their trip will include a stay at the Tau Game Lodge located in Madikwe Game Reserve, North West Province, which is owned by Robert Gerard. Rory and Belinda will also spend five days in Zanzibar before returning to Adelaide.

Forwards Tom Lynch and Josh Jenkins are also headed overseas. The American sports-mad pair will embark on a tour of the US, taking in as many NFL and NBA games as possible. Ruckman Sam Jacobs and defender Luke Thompson are also in The States.

Brent Reilly got his sports fix while in Europe with wife Jamie. The defender did a tour of the ‘home of cricket’, Lords, while in England. Rookie Jake Kelly is also in Europe, posting a photo of the Eiffel Tower.

Young trio Sam Kerridge, Kyle Hartigan and Rory Atkins visited Hong Kong in September. Club Champion Daniel Talia kicked took in tropical North Queensland, including a stay at Palm Cove, with his partner Megan.

Forward Taylor Walker was one of several Crows in Melbourne for Grand Final week. He returned to Adelaide and stoked the Crows/Port rivalry, taking on Power midfielder Kane Cornes in a sumo-wrestling event. ‘Tex’ has also spent some time with family and friends in Broken Hill and recently took in the sights of Port Lincoln.

Victorian pair Andy Otten and Richard Douglas returned to Melbourne on the first weekend in October for David Mackay’s bucks show. ‘Otto’ is also spending plenty of time in the gym as he continues his rehabilitation from knee surgery.

Eddie Betts’ offseason was interrupted by minor hip surgery in Melbourne, but he’s enjoying spending quality time with fiancé Anna and the couple’s young son, Lewis. Scott Thompson is also having some family time, posting an Instagram photo of footy-mad son, Harry, in his Crows socks at the airport.

Patrick Dangerfield went on a fishing trip with his dad, John, and has enjoyed the waters back in his hometown of Moggs Creek in country Victoria. ‘Danger’ also competed alongside an array of athletes from various sports as part of the upcoming Sports Star Showdown program, which will go to air next month. Dangerfield has also booked a trip to Indonesia before Adelaide’s pre-season program kicks off in November.

Brothers Brad and Matt Crouch are back in Ballarat, while young defender Sam Siggins has spent time with family and friends in his native Tasmania.

Young Crows Charlie Cameron and Cam Ellis-Yolmen recently joined AFL legend Andrew McLeod in Alice Springs to umpire the Grand Final of the McLeod Challenge. Kyle Hartigan and SANFL captain Ian Callinan spent time in the APY Lands.

Forward James Podsiadly took on a new challenge, co-hosting a drive time radio show with former Crows Rhett Biglands and Nick Gill.

State League coach Heath Younie has become a father for the second time, with wife Kate giving birth to a boy, William Isaac, on October 12. The newest member of the 19th Man, William has already been presented with a Crows beanie kid nicknamed, 'Tex the Teddy'.
