LAST WEEK’S NEWS
Leading the rookie of the year Fantasy award has to be Cam Ellis-Yolmen (MID, $334,000).

Ellis-Yolmen has averaged 92 in the last three games and scored 99 on the weekend. He has been a savour for all our teams this year rising $214,000 in price already. He has a break even of -2 and will only rise further.

Patrick Dangerfield (MID, $532,000) top-scored for the game with 120, backing up his 110 from Round Four.

However, an injury to superstar Rory Sloane (MID, $561,000) soured the day. He scored 61 in Round Four and only managed 67 last week before hurting his calf. Keep your ear to the ground and stay tuned for updates on his progress during the week.

ON THE RADAR
Now, I’m not saying lock him in… but Matthew Wright (FWD/MID, $299,000) has to be on your radar. He has worn a vest in three of the five games this year and might now have more opportunities if Sloaney is out. Wright averaged 81 last year and has dropped a massive $158,000. He’s cheap and if he gets a chance, he could get back to his best.

TOP 5 SCORERS
1 – 120 Patrick Dangerfield (MID, $532,000)
2 – 114 Eddie Betts (FWD, $445,000)
3 – 102 Scott Thompson (MID, $569,000)
4 – 99 Cam Ellis-Yolem (MID, $334,000)
