Ruckman Sam Jacobs shares his home game routine with viewers of The Crows Show this Sunday.

Walking the dog and watching basketball on TV are part of a fairly relaxed build-up for Jacobs, who also likes to get to Adelaide Oval early and take a stroll out into the middle before taking on the game's giants.

To celebrate the AFL’s Indigenous Round, Sunday’s episode also takes us to Andrew McLeod’s house where the Crows Hall of Famer hosts several of the Club’s Indigenous players for some basketball. On a more serious note, McLeod talks about the group’s mentoring with Indigenous students. And we catch up with former Crow Shane Tongerie, who kicked three goals on debut but only played three more AFL games for the Club.

Adelaide CEO Andrew Fagan details the Club’s involvement in a new school program, defender Daniel Talia spends a minute on the sofa with presenter Alana Smith and assistant coach David Teague talks about goalkicking training.

The Crows Show airs at 11.30am every Sunday on Channel Seven Adelaide and is brought to you by Farmers Union Iced Coffee.

Segments will also be available on the Club website and app on Sunday afternoon. Previous episodes can also be viewed here on afc.com.au.
