Former North Adelaide junior Tyson Lindsay will make his SANFL League debut in the Crows’ clash with South Adelaide at Noarlunga on Saturday.

Defender Jake Kelly is also set to play his first SANFL game in 12 weeks, with the former rookie among nine inclusions to last week’s winning side.

Lindsay, 20, spent two seasons with the Roosters’ U18s before joining Berri and also Barmera-Monash in the Riverland Football League.

The 177cm, 77kg midfielder is now aligned with Adelaide University and will be the 15th League debutant Adelaide has introduced into the SANFL this year.

Kelly, 20, hasn’t played at SANFL level since Adelaide’s opening clash against North Adelaide. He notched 10 consecutive senior appearances since earning his AFL debut in Round Three.

The competitive left-footer, who was runner-up in the Club’s inaugural State League Club Champion award last season, will line up at centre half-back against the Panthers.

Seven other members of Adelaide’s development squad round out the inclusions for Saturday’s clash, which kicks off at 2.10pm at Noarlunga Oval.

Regular performers Josh Wittwer and Sam Pfeiffer return to the lineup, while Dylan Schoenmakers has been named at half-forward after kicking six goals in his past two games with Tea Tree Gully.

Nick Mott, Dylan Ribbons, Ben O’Donohue and Matthew Wilson, who have all made their SANFL debuts with the Crows earlier this season, make up Adelaide’s extended interchange.

Brad Crouch is out of the team through injury and faces an extended stint on the sidelines, while rookie ruckman Jack Osborn was unavailable for selection due to suspension.

Jake Lever and Ricky Henderson have been recalled to Adelaide’s AFL team for Sunday’s match against Geelong. Brodie Martin and untried duo Riley Knight and Rory Atkins are also in the mix for the Round 14 clash with the Cats at Adelaide Oval.

After winning both meetings between the two sides last season, the Crows suffered a 14-point loss to the Panthers in the most recent contest in Round Five. Club ticketed members receive free entry into this week’s match, which will also be telecast live on Channel 7.

All five SANFL games are scheduled in the traditional Saturday afternoon timeslot this weekend.

League leaders Woodville-West Torrens travel to Richmond to confront third-placed West Adelaide in the match of the round.

North Adelaide hosts Port Adelaide at Prospect, while Norwood and Central District will collide at The Parade.

After upsetting the reigning premiers last weekend, Glenelg will be out to topple Sturt at The Bay.
