LAST WEEK’S NEWS
Big Tom Lynch (FWD, $438,000) led the way this week with three goals and 10 marks in one of his best games for the year with 107pts.

Patrick Dangerfield (MID, $588,000) worked hard all day gathering 27 touches along with David Mackay (DEF/MID, $294,000) who had a team high seven tackles. With Sydney’s Kurt Tippett in the ruck, many thought that Sam Jacobs (RUC, $485,000) would dominate. Instead, his up and down latter half of the season continued. He has now scored a roller coaster of scores that include 68, 92, 120, 52 and 96 in his last five games.

After dominating two weeks ago, Taylor Walker (FWD, $373,000), Eddie Betts (FWD, $328,000) and Charlie Cameron (FWD, $299,000) all failed to score over 50pts kicking just three goals between them, six less than two weeks ago.

ON THE RADAR
Despite only scoring 79 last week, Scott Thompson (MID, $523,000) has been in some serious form scoring 118 and 126 prior to that.

He has scored over 100 five times in the last two months and can go huge on his day.

This week he plays the Tigers, a team he has scored 105, 128, 100, 122, 121, 124, 115 and 129 against in his last eight games. If I can’t sell him to you with those numbers, I’ll never be able too.

WHAT’S COMING UP
Sitting outside the top eight by 0.2 per cent means that it’s crunch time this week against the Tigers, this Friday night.

Everyone needs to do their part this week to get the boys over the line. I for one will be flying over to my first game at Adelaide Oval to play my part.

Expect Dangerfield to score well again. He averages 120 at home in his last five games and will hopefully drag the boys over the line this week.

All the best Crows fans. We fly as one!
