LAST WEEK’S NEWS
What a smashing win and what a smashing game by Rory Sloane (MID, $465,000). Sloane clocked up 24 touches along with 11 tackles to top score with 136pts. Rory Laird (DEF, $481,000) had his best score for the year with 123pts, thanks to a game high 31 touches.

Sam Jacobs (RUC, $492,000) owned the ruck with 38 hit-outs (114pts) and young gun Charlie Cameron (FWD, $310,000) also had a good game with 85pts. Eddie Betts (FWD, $354,000) stole the show though with his five goals (89pts) and has now averaged 77 in his last three games this year.

Rookie Rory Atkins (MID, $171,000) rose by $33,000 in price this week after his score of 68. He is still only carrying a juicy break even of -13 this week.

ON THE RADAR
94 and 136 in the last two weeks, means that Rory Sloane is back and firing. This week he plays the Lions, a team he had 65 at half time against earlier this year before being injured. He scored 160 against them last year and will be back to his very best again this week at Adelaide Oval.

Due to such an unlucky run this year with injuries, he is currently $127,000 cheaper than his starting price and won’t get any cheaper.
