The Crows have recalled young defender Jake Lever for Sunday’s sold-out game against West Coast.

Lever, midfield pair Mitch Grigg and David Mackay and utility Andy Otten have all been included in Adelaide’s squad of 25, which will be trimmed to 22 on Friday. Defender Luke Brown has recovered from a foot complaint and is set to take his place in the team.

Lever sat out the game against Brisbane last weekend as the Club continues to manage the impressive 19-year-old’s workload in his debut season.

He replaces fellow backman Sam Shaw, who has been omitted.

Grigg, who spent two months on the sidelines with an ankle injury mid-season, will be hoping to break into the team for his first AFL match since Round 10. Mackay played the opening 18 games of the season before going back to the SANFL last weekend. Otten is closing in on his first AFL game since undergoing a second knee reconstruction last August.

Sunday’s clash with the in-form Eagles is Adelaide’s last home game of the minor round.

The Club will celebrate ‘Members Appreciation Round’, with special activities planned before and after the crucial match. Fans are encouraged to join CEO Andrew Fagan and SANFL Crows players in Rundle Mall for a morning tea between 9:30-11:30am.

The fun will continue at Adelaide Oval after the gates open at 11:00am. The Kids Zone near the Victor Richardson Gates will be in full swing with more player appearances. Fans will also receive 25 per cent of BLK merchandise at the ground.

Thanks to the RAA and Adelaide Crows Children’s Foundation, one lucky member with the best banner will win a brand new Toyota Yaris. Find out how to be in the running for the car. After the match, the Crows squad will present their jumpers to 40-plus lucky members, who have attended every home game this season. There will also be a kick and a catch on the ground (weather permitting).

Members who can’t make it to the game are urged to pass their ticket(s) on to a friend.

Adelaide’s SANFL team will play its final game of 2015 against Glenelg on Saturday. Ticketed Crows members receive free entry to the match, which starts at 4:30pm, upon presentation of their membership card.
