West Coast has recalled defenders Jeremy McGovern and Tom Barrass for Sunday's clash with Adelaide.

McGovern, who has missed the last two games with a hamstring injury, has been named at full-back. Barrass replaces fellow young defender Jackson Nelson, who has been omitted. Half-back Sharrod Wellingham will miss with an ankle complaint.

Nelson, Tom Lamb and wingman Kane Lucas are the emergencies.

Will Schofield and premiership player Sam Butler were not considered for selection due to ongoing hamstring issues.
