Geelong has made three changes for its last game of the season against Adelaide at Simonds Stadium on Saturday.

Matthew Stokes, George Horlin-Smith and Josh Cowan have been recalled, replacing Jed Bews, Darcy Lang and Jordan Murdoch.

Stokes, drafted from SANFL club Woodville-West Torrens at the end of 2005, will play his 189th and final game for Geelong. It will also be James Kelly's last appearance for the Cats.

First-year midfielder Jordan Cunico, who is yet to make his AFL debut, has been named among the emergencies.
