Crows CEO Andrew Fagan addressed several hot topics in a flash Facebook Q&A session on Friday afternoon.

Fages took over the Club's official Facebook account for 30 minutes and answered a range of fan questions, including membership queries, guernsey designs and and how he's handling life as a new father.

See our recap of some of the best questions from Fages’ chat below.

Nick Gaudio: I know the logo question has been asked over and over again, but we keep seeing the "spread winged" crow on a lot of AFC communications, surely once the "raptor head" deal finishes up we are looking to change to this glorious option. Also did we end up getting our "years an AFC member for" on the tickets for the coming season?

Andrew Fagan: Hi Nick - I am not a fan of changing logos regularly and there are always divided opinions on style and look, but it will remain on the agenda - but not a priority for 2016. Should note, there has been a lot of change recently - two new away strips, new marketing creative and brand tag line (WFAO) etc. Re: the years service, we are keen but investigating most efficient way. Thanks mate.

Joshua Lyndon: If you could push through one reform in the competition - rules, draft, salary cap etc. - what would it be?

Andrew Fagan: I think the current equalisation measures need addressing. First up would be the "tax" paid by the "have" clubs. I think it is currently poorly structured. The way in which the Academies of Northern Clubs operate and advantages they receive is also getting interesting....

Ben Footner: As a dad with young kids I'd love to know - how are you finding the balance between being a new dad and being a high profile CEO Andrew? I expect the coffee budget has skyrocketed!

Andrew Fagan: Ben – I’ll let you in on a secret - I don’t drink coffee! But the lolly jar in the Comms office does get a work out late afternoons if Gigi has wanted to talk during footy during the night! I just try to do my best mate - balance can be tough, but I have a very understanding partner (thanks Smithy!).

Keith Harrison: Why not use an Indigenous jumper all year rather than a once a year token event - maybe an away number designed by Mr Andrew McLeod?

Andrew Fagan: I was overwhelmed by the supporter response to the Indigenous game and the jumper last season. We insisted to the AFL that we retain that home fixture next year which we have done. It is a really good thought mate and worthy of discussion.

Dave Carnovale: As the next few years will bring a lot of change to the Football Park precinct, will this hinder the club in anyway?

Andrew Fagan: Hi mate - no we will be fine. We have priority over the Footy Park surface which will remain untouched and our high performance facilities are world class.

Marc Lissner: Afternoon Fages. What's been your proudest achievement during your first 12 months?

Andrew Fagan: Mate -I'm only on for 30mins!!! Alana would skin me alive if I didn’t say the birth of little Gigi 13 weeks ago! Footy wise, I couldn’t be more proud of how the entire Crows community supported each other through difficult times in 2015. Truly extraordinary and inspiring and I was proud to play my small part.

Amanda Hardwick: As a long time member of the club, why are our membership prices, so much higher than alot of other clubs? I expect prices to go up to some extent but we aren’t getting any more for it.

Andrew Fagan: Hi Amanda - we are always conscious of limiting price increases where possible. The costs of associated with playing at a world class venue and to compete in the AFL competition don’t get any cheaper. This year we kept 97% of memberships at an increase of $20 or less or $1.80 per match. We have absorbed internally as much as possible and will continue to do this in future. Do genuinely appreciate the support.

Anthony Phillips: Hey Fages, do you expect us to exceed the 60,000 plus barrier with our 2016 membership tally? You mentioned we are already at 25,000 which is exciting and a credit to our loyal fan base! Also do you expect to announce a new season motto? I love the concept of "weflyasone" it has really united us with the footy club again!

Andrew Fagan: Yes mate - last year we hit close 65,000 members so I expect to exceed that this year. The fixture is outstanding - great games in great slots. Passion is amazing and the phones are ringing hot in the membership office.
