First-year Crow Wayne Milera Junior has been recalled for Friday night’s clash with Geelong.

Milera, 18, replaces the injured David Mackay, who will miss up to a month with a hamstring strain.

The promising wingman/half-forward played the opening four games of his debut AFL season before being sidelined with a quad complaint. He kicked three goals in his SANFL return in Round Six, and was Adelaide’s travelling AFL emergency last weekend.

Midfield duo Jarryd Lyons and Cam Ellis-Yolmen, and veteran Nathan van Berlo are the emergencies for this week’s sold-out game against Geelong.

It will be the first time the Crows and Cats do battle at Adelaide Oval.
