Three Crows will make their Club debut in Saturday’s SANFL trial at Football Park.

Draftees Elliott Himmelberg and Matthew Signorello and father-son rookie Ben Jarman will represent Adelaide for the first time in the clash with Sturt.

Himmelberg, 18, is an athletic key-position player who is the younger brother of Greater Western Sydney forward Harrison.

Midfielder Signorello, who joined the Club via pick No.62 at last year’s National Draft, will play his first match since shoulder surgery ended his 2016 season with the Northern Knights in the TAC Cup.

Rookie-listed small forward Jarman begins his Crows journey after Adelaide selected the skillful 18-year-old as its first ever father-son selection.

New Crows SANFL co-captain Alex Keath and fellow defender Kyle Cheney return from groin soreness and both will play in their maiden match of the year. Second-year ruckman Paul Hunter will also feature for the first time in 2017.

Harry Dear is the final AFL-listed player named in the squad, which may include additional players not required for the Club’s final JLT Community Series match against Brisbane later in the day.

A host of new development players will also be on show in the trial, which begins at 10am at Football Park and is free to the public. Access to the ground is via the door at the southern end of the club’s training facility near the players’ race.

The match will be contested over six 'quarters'.

Saturday is the first ‘triple header’ in Club history. Adelaide’s AFL team plays its final JLT Community Series match against the Lions at 3.40pm at Noarlunga, before the Club’s AFL Women’s team confronts Melbourne in Darwin at 6.40pm SA time.
