Adelaide has named its squad for the Club’s inaugural SANFL clash in Bordertown against Glenelg.

Ruckman Reilly O’Brien has been named for the match against the Tigers, which kicks off at 1.10pm on Sunday.

O’Brien, who turns 22 next month, hasn’t played since Round 10 due to an ongoing back injury.

The Club has named five other inclusions from its SANFL development squad.

Defender Brad Oats from RMFL Imperials could make his SANFL debut, while John Boxer, Damon Hill, Blake Launer and Josh Vandermeer could add to their League games tally.

Jonathon Beech, Paul Seedsman and Myles Poholke have been added to Adelaide’s extended squad for Sunday’s AFL clash with Collingwood at the MCG.

Kyle Cheney accepted a two-match suspension for striking in last week’s loss to Norwood.

Development player Louis De Michele injured his elbow against the Redlegs and was unavailable for selection.

Adelaide, Glenelg and South Adelaide are locked in a three-way battle for fifth spot, making Sunday’s clash a must-win match for both sides. Full match preview
