Adelaide’s SANFL side has been strengthened by five inclusions for Saturday’s clash with North Adelaide at Prospect.

Wingmen Paul Seedsman and Wayne Milera Junior could return to state league action after stints with Adelaide’s senior team.

The pair played in the Club’s thrilling draw with Collingwood but sat out last round’s Showdown victory while Adelaide’s SANFL side had a bye.

Seedsman, 25, has played six SANFL games so far this season. Saturday’s match will be Milera’s first game at state league level in 2017.

Ruckman Reilly O’Brien has been named as he targets a return from a back injury. The 202cm Crow hasn’t played since Adelaide’s win over Central District in Round 10.

First-year midfielder Myles Poholke, who served as the travelling emergency for Adelaide’s clash with the Magpies, is set to resume at SANFL level this weekend.

Defender Tyson Lever, a younger brother of Jake, is ready to return from a collarbone injury which cost him two months on the sidelines.

Seedsman, Milera and tough onballer Harrison Wigg are the Club’s senior emergencies for Saturday night’s AFL clash with Essendon at Etihad Stadium.

Backman Kyle Hartigan re-injured his hamstring in Adelaide’s last SANFL outing against Glenelg in Bordertown and was not available for selection.

Development duo Damon Hill and John Boxer also come out of the side.

Kyle Cheney must sit out a second match due to a SANFL suspension.

Adelaide boasts a strong recent record against North Adelaide and must claim victory to have any chance of featuring in this year’s SANFL finals series. Full match preview
