Board Director election

January 9, 2018 11:17 AM

Nominations are now open for eligible candidates to stand for election to the Adelaide Football Club’s Board of Directors.

There is one position to be contested with Rod Jameson seeking re-election for another two-year term.

Those wanting to stand must meet a range of criteria including being a Member for at least the past two years and nominations are being called from January 12 to January 30.

To be eligible to vote, you must be a financial Member who has access to not less than three Crows home or away matches in a given season or a Captain’s Club or Gold Member.

The process, including an online ballot, will once again be independently run by CorpVote.

Crows Chief Executive Andrew Fagan called on prospective candidates to come forward and showcase their skills and qualities. He also encouraged Members to take the opportunity to have a say in who guides the Club.

“Our Club is well positioned both on and off the field but a great deal of hard work lies ahead if we are to achieve our desired results,” Fagan said.

“The election is a significant date on the Club’s calendar and the successful candidate will play a key role in driving our future direction.”

The public announcement of the election result will be made at the Annual Club Members Meeting on March 1.
