Erin Phillips has been voted the Round Three AFLW MVP of the Week following her best-on-ground performance against the Western Bulldogs on Saturday.

The reigning AFLW MVP collected 53 per cent of the fan vote, ahead of the Giants’ Alicia Eva (28 per cent) and Brisbane’s Emily Bates.

After being sidelined for the opening fortnight with a quad injury, Phillips booted four goals from 15 disposals (11 contested) to inspire Adelaide to a thrilling seven-point victory at Norwood Oval.

Phillips also received maximum votes from both coaches and earned a place in AFL Media’s Team of the Week for her remarkable performance.

The Crows women’s team travels to Blacktown this weekend to face GWS on Sunday afternoon, with a squad to be announced on afc.com.au at 5.30pm ACDT on Thursday.
