Adelaide’s All Australian midfielder Matt Crouch is out for the rest of Thursday night’s Grand Final rematch against Richmond with a hamstring injury.

Crouch injured his left hamstring in the second quarter after amassing 13 possessions.

He went straight to the dressing room to be assessed by the Crows' medical staff, before returning to the bench with ice on his hamstring.

Crouch is coming off a career-best season where he won the Crows' best and fairest, was named to the All Australian team for the first time and averaged 33 possessions per game.

He also had 41 disposals in the Crows' round one loss to Essendon last Friday night.

The Club will provide an update on the extent of Crouch’s injury when more information becomes available.
