For the fourth time this season, Rory Laird has been selected in AFL.com.au’s Team of the Week.

Laird and Mitch McGovern were Adelaide’s two inclusions in Kane Cornes’ Best 22 for Round Seven.

Laird was the equal-leading possession winner in the Crows' win over Carlton on Saturday night.

The All Australian defender gathered 32 disposals, six rebound 50ms and a goal, as he continued his brilliant start to 2018.

McGovern earns his first Team of the Week nod for the season following a personal-best five-goal haul against the Blues.

The high-leaping goalkicker also took an equal-game high nine marks, including a spectacular Mark of the Year contender.

Laird and McGovern were also recognised in the coaches’ votes on the weekend.

Melbourne led the way with four players, Michael Hibberd, Clayton Oliver, Max Gawn and Jesse Hogan, picked in the best side for Round Seven.
