Matt Crouch has received maximum votes from the coaches following Adelaide’s three-point win over Port Adelaide.

It was a dominant performance by Crouch with both Don Pyke and Ken Hinkley handing out the maximum five votes to the All Australian midfielder following his 35-disposal game.

He finished with 18 contested possessions, eight tackles, seven clearances and one goal.

Showdown Medal winner Robbie Gray came in second with eight votes.

Josh Jenkins (six votes), Bryce Gibbs (two) and Tom Doedee (one) also polled for the Crows while Chad Wingard and Dan Houston picked up votes for Port Adelaide.

Jenkins booted three goals, including the winner, while Gibbs had 29 disposals and nine inside 50s, and Doedee 21 touches and nine marks in defence.

Hawthorn’s Tom Mitchell is the new leader in the AFLA Champion Player of the Year award with 86 votes, overtaking Melbourne’s Max Gawn.
