In the second edition of Smoothie Diaries, co-captain Chelsea Randall shares the smoothie she reaches for during the AFLW season.

She named her specialty 'Rambo's Random Smoothie'.

200ml milk

1 banana

½ cup oats

¼ almonds

¼ shredded coconut

1 tsp peanut butter

1 tsp Chai seeds

Dollop of honey
