Adelaide had a change of scenery in the lead up to Sunday’s clash against Hawthorn with a light session at Sacred Heart College on Tuesday.

Five of Sacred Heart’s 1st XVIII footballers – Tom Moten, Darcy Armfield, Jack Carter, Nick Homburg and Matt Hamilton – took part in training, watched by a large number of students at the school’s main oval.

After the 90 minute session Neil Craig took the opportunity to speak to 30 students while Andrew McLeod and Graham Johncock also spoke to eight of the school’s indigenous students about future career paths and making right lifestyle choices.

About 100 students were given the opportunity after training to get autographs and photos with the playing group. Jason Porplyzia, an ex-student of Sacred Heart then presented senior school Principal Paul Hine with a signed guernsey.
