The hard-working midfielder was one of the stars of the inaugural NAB AFLW season, earning All-Australian honours and claiming the NAB AFLW Rising Star award. Marinoff led the competition for tackles (70), was second for pressure acts and ranked in the top 10 for disposals, inside 50s, effective kicks, hard-ball gets and contested possessions. A ball of energy who excels at stoppages and is an accurate left-foot kick.

The Club’s first pick in the draft, Marinoff’s dominance at state and junior level transferred to the AFLW stage. The physical onballer won the NAB Rising Star after being nominated in Round One. She also earned All Australian selection and finished third in the Crows Club Champion award. The youngest member of the Crows’ premiership team, Marinoff led the League for tackles with 70 from seven home and away games – a staggering 21 more than the next-best player – and was also No.2 for total pressure acts (112) in the minor round. Ranked top 10 for total disposals (10th), inside 50ms (third), effective kicks (fourth), hard-ball gets (fourth) and contested possessions (sixth).
