Douglas started Season 2015 with a bang, collecting 31 possessions in Adelaide's Round One against North Melbourne. He averaged 22 possessions through the first five rounds before sustaining a foot injury in Showdown XXXVIII. After six weeks on the sidelines, Douglas returned against Hawthorn in Round 12 and was on his way back to top form before a bout of appendicitis kept him out for another fortnight. The 2010 Club Champion finished the season strongly playing in Adelaide's last five games - including both finals, but will be eager for an injury free 2016. Signed a three-year deal in June that is likely to see Douglas finish his career a one-club player. Part of Adelaide's leadership group in 2016.

Season by Season

Season by Season

Douglas missed the start of Adelaide’s 2014 campaign following a heavy knock in the Club’s final pre-season hit-out but returned in style in Round Two, collecting a season-high 29 possessions and a goal against Port Adelaide. Suspension cost Douglas another two games in April, but he finished the year with 15 consecutive games, including a match-winning 20-possession and two-goal performance against Collingwood at the MCG in his 150th game. He averaged 22 disposals and was top three at the Club for tackles (91) and inside 50ms (96).

Season by Season

Douglas played every game in what was, arguably, the most consistent season of his career. The influential Crow ranked third in the AFL for inside 50ms, and was second at Adelaide in total disposals, marks and tackles. He generated more goal assists (21) than any other Crow (ranked eighth in the AFL) and kicked 20 goals himself. The hard-running midfielder finished runner-up in the Crows Club Champion award and was included in the All-Australian squad for the first time. Will join the senior leadership group for the first time in 2014.

Season by Season

The 2010 Club Champion missed six weeks with a hamstring injury early in the season, but played every game from Round Nine onwards and re-established consistency in his game. Douglas, who celebrated his 100th game against St Kilda in Round 12, was a solid contributor across half-forward and pushing into the midfield. He was one of 14 Crows to kick 10 or more goals in 2012 and will be looking to build on his form after signing a new three-year-deal.

Season by Season

Douglas had a frustrating year in 2011 following an interrupted pre-season. The 24-year-old midfielder showed glimpses of his 2010 best and fairest winning form, but struggled to find consistency. He had a standout game against the Brisbane Lions in round 10, amassing a career-best 33 disposals.
