Hentschel will line up for the Eagles this weekend

Trent Hentschel returns to league football with the Eagles this weekend against North Adelaide on Saturday.

Hentschel played in the reserves last weekend in defence after two months out of the game with knee trouble. He will start at full forward.

Jared Petrenko will line up in a back pocket for the Eagles and Robert Shirley, named in Adelaide’s squad of 25 for the Balfours Showdown, may also play.

For the Roosters Tony Armstrong will start on a half back flank, Rory Sloane has been named on the interchange and Phil Davis, named in Adelaide’s squad, may also line up for North Adelaide. Greg Gallman will start in the back pocket for the Roosters reserves.

Glenelg take on Central District at Gliderol Stadium with ruckman Jonathon Griffin named on the interchange for the Bulldogs. Richard Douglas will find out today if he is included in Adelaide’s final 22, and may also be an inclusion for the Tigers.

Ricky Henderson will play in the reserves for Central District and Brian Donnelly will start at full forward for Glenelg’s reserves.

Norwood takes on South Adelaide at Coopers Stadium with four Crows in action.

Taylor Walker, also named in Adelaide’s squad of 25, has been named in a forward pocket for the Redlegs. Will Young will start on a half back flank and Aaron Kite has been named on an extended interchange. Myke Cook has been named on the ball for the Panthers.

Sturt take on Port Adelaide at Unley in the other game with no Crows in action.
