Hello everyone,

It was nice to have a sleep in on Wednesday, our day off. Everyone went in different directions for a range of activities. There was a large group that went to Dream World, mostly the young boys. The captain and coach took a few players to a posh golf course while Stevo and Truck led some on a car trip down south to Byron Bay.

I decided to have a hit of mini golf with McLeod, Porps, Armstrong, Wright and Dougy - and bragging rights were on the line. To the group’s disappointment I was victor and crowned the mini golf champ of the day. Not bad for a bloke with a sore knee!

We went and sat at a nice cafe for a late lunch and it was a day well spent. For dinner I was lucky enough to be invited to the Tippett household for an amazing home cooked meal. It is an awesome house right on the waterfront of Miami Beach.

Having an early night for a big training session on Thursday morning and I shall let you all know how that goes.
