It has been a busy couple of weeks for the Crows Foundation.
The Bamboo forest panda experience on Wednesday night at the zoo raised more than $10,000 for the independent charity arm of the Adelaide Crows which raises funds for children in need.
Over 250 people enjoyed the antics of pandas Funi and Wang Wang as well as many of the senior players.
Brad Symes and Nathan van Berlo were busy selling raffle tickets while Scott Steven stuck close by his wife Anna's side as she is expecting their first child in under a month. Tyson Edwards made a family night of it bringing his three lads and wife Mandy who celebrated her birthday that night.
Andrew McLeod was the star interview and finally met the pandas who he has a close relationship with by association (the Crows panda soft toy is named Bunji).
Bunji McLeod was pleasantly surprised by how active and adorable the pandas were and Wang Wang helped him out of a tight spot when questioned by MC Jade Robran about his future. Wang Wang, who was asleep, chose the moment to wake up, stretch and delight the crowd with his antics - diverting the attention away from McLeod's response.
Two weeks ago the Crows Foundation Pallet Co cocktail party at the Alma raised $14,000.
