This commercial project is the fourth in our housing portfolio, the first in the metropolitan area and remains a vitally important commercial sales return for our Club.

The home is at the Lightsview estate at Northgate, which is recognised as one of Adelaide’s fastest growing and premier new urban address. The Club has purchased allotment 976 which is a prized corner allotment in the newly released Stage 2 within 50 metres of the lake area.

This is the largest commercial project in our Club’s history.
