Adelaide has welcomed back first-round draft pick Jordan Gallucci for Saturday’s SANFL Showdown VII.

Gallucci, who turns 19 next week, returns from a shin injury sustained in the Club’s clash with South Adelaide at Encounter Bay.

Tom Doedee is also a chance to resume from a shoulder complaint in the clash with Port Adelaide.

Long-kicking left-footer Harrison Wigg further strengthens Adelaide’s SANFL lineup. The 20-year-old was Adelaide’s travelling emergency for last week’s AFL win over the Gold Coast Suns.

Tyson Lever and Mitchell Minns are also in the mix to play their first SANFL games of the season. The duo has been named on an extended interchange which will be reduced by two on game day.

In-form ruckman Reilly O’Brien and midfielder Myles Poholke have been included in Adelaide’s senior squad for Sunday’s top-of-the-table clash with Richmond. Players not required for AFL action could yet be added to Saturday’s SANFL side.

Development player Kurt Waterman is the final omission from last week’s SANFL lineup.

Adelaide and Port Adelaide are among five clubs locked in the middle of the SANFL ladder with a 2-1 record. Full SANFL match preview

Saturday’s clash at Maughan Thiem Hyundai Oval is Adelaide’s only SANFL home game of the season. The Crows have dedicated the match to Club Ambassador and BMX star Sam Willoughby’s ‘Road 2 Recovery’ fund.
