A versatile tall with a big vertical leap and athleticism to play in numerous positions, Prowse earned All-Australian selection as a ruck at the Under-19 AFLW Championships in 2021 and has been a strong performer at SANFLW level for a few years.
The competitive utility was selected in the 2020 SANFLW Team of the Year and finished second in the SANFLW Coaches Award behind joint-winners Rachelle Martin and Anne Hatchard.
Prowse also won Sturt’s Best and Fairest award as a 17-year-old.
The Oakbank teenager has been a member of the AFLW Academy for the past two years and is also a graduate of the Crows Academy.
Crows Head of Women's Football Phil Harper said:
“We remember Zoe training with us as a 16-year-old as part of the AFLW Academy program.
Zoe did some eye-catching things against much bigger and more experienced bodies, and she’s continued to do that in the SANFLW. Zoe is an impressive athlete, clean below her knees and she’s also a strong competitor.
We think Zoe can play a variety of roles and we’re excited to welcome her into our Club.”
