Seedsman was limited to five AFL games in an injury-wrecked 2017. A pre-season groin complaint lingered well into the season and prevented the long-kicking wingman from playing at any level until June. Seedsman forced his way into Adelaide’s senior team in Round 19 and played all three finals. Started pre-season training earlier than required in a bid to get ahead in 2018.

Season by Season

A promising first season in Crows colours. Played his 50th AFL game in his Club debut in Round One against North Melbourne. Seedsman provided great dash and skill off a wing and averaged 17 disposals a game from 15 matches, including a season-high 23 possessions in Rounds Five and 19. He finished second at the Club for average metres gained per kick (34.6) and booted a career-best nine goals for the year, including several trademark long bombs. A hamstring injury and a corked buttock stifled his impact in the second half of the year, but the former Magpie will be out to reclaim his place in Adelaide’s starting side next season.

Season by Season

Seedsman became a Crow in the 2015 Trade Period after playing 49 games with Collingwood. The long-kicking half-back/wingman made a strong start to Season 2015 playing 10 of the Magpies’ first 12 games, most notably winning the Anzac Medal for his 31-possession, 14 inside 50m and one goal performance against Essendon in Round Four. Quick and skilful, Seedsman appears a perfect fit for Adelaide which identified outside speed as a priority ahead of the 2016 season. He was originally recruited with pick No.76 in the 2010 National Draft.
