Jordan Gallucci was a volleyball and football star in high school, playing for Eastern Ranges in the TAC Cup. In the 2016 draft combine, he broke the record for the standing vertical jump test with a reach of 89cm. Selected at No. 15 by Adelaide, he debuted in Round Nine, 2017, against Brisbane. The midfielder was one of the most consistent players in Adelaide’s SANFL side before a broken jaw ended his season early. He bounced back in 2018, playing 16 AFL games after breaking into the senior side in Round Five. Gallucci played 10 AFL games in his third season on the Crows’ list, utilising his attacking skills with an average of 16.7 pressure acts per game and 275.3 metres gained. In his 12 reserves games, Gallucci averaged 15.2 disposals at a high 88 per cent efficiency.
