Key forward Chris Burgess comes into the team and has been named in the forward pocket.
Taylor Walker has been managed for the trip to Perth, while Brayden Cook and Brodie Smith have been omitted.
Harry Schoenberg, James Borlase, Lachie Murphy and Luke Pedlar also come into the squad, and have been named on the extended bench.

Speaking to the media on Thursday afternoon, Nicks said it would be crucial for his team to bring its intensity from the first bounce.
“Our last trip to Perth wasn’t a successful one, we came up against Freo who were keen to bounce back from a subpar performance the week before, and West Coast are in a similar spot heading into this game,” Nicks said.
“We know we’re going to have a team come out that is really going to take it to us, and the challenge for us will be to match it, as we didn’t do that on our last trip to Perth.
“Our guys have come off a pretty good lesson on how not to do it, and we will be out to fix that this week.”
