Adelaide will face Melbourne in a semi-final at Ikon Park on Saturday afternoon.
The Crows' premiership hopes remain alive following a 44-point victory against St Kilda in their elimination final on Sunday.
Melbourne, meanwhile, fell in its qualifying final against Brisbane on Sunday but ended the minor round third to secure a second chance.
Tickets will go on sale via Ticketmaster starting Monday, November 10, with a priority sales window opening at 11.30am (ACDT) and at 1.30pm (ACDT) for the general public.
Junior fans (under-18) can attend finals matches in weeks two and three free of charge, however, must redeem a ticket in advance of the match via Ticketmaster.
Ticket prices for adults are frozen at $15 for week two.
The match will be broadcast live nationally on Channel 7, Foxtel, Kayo and Binge.
