West Coast has confirmed one change to its line-up ahead of Sunday's clash with the Crows.

Veteran forward Mark LeCras has been cleared play in the match at Domain Stadium, which will mark the final AFL game at the venue.

He replaces fellow goalkicker Josh Hill in the Eagles' final 22 following last round's loss to Greater Western Sydney.

LeCras returns to AFL action after missing two games with a hamstring injury.
