The Friday night blockbuster between Adelaide and Hawthorn will see two of the game’s in-form forwards, Eddie Betts and Luke Breust, do battle.

Betts has had 10 more scoring shots (58) than his Hawks counterpart (48). But Breust boasts a remarkable efficiency rate this season; having kicked 39.4 and another five that didn’t trouble the scorers). Incredibly, the Hawthorn sharpshooter has kicked 27 straight goals (without a behind).

Betts has slotted 33.19 and six that haven’t registered a score. The skilful Crow has kicked 15 goals in the past month – ranked third in the AFL in this period.

The influential pair is also top-five in the AFL for score assists and score involvements. Breust has collected more disposals inside attacking 50m, but Betts has an edge at the clearances and has laid more forward 50m tackles.
