Crows coach Brenton Sanderson has managed to capture the attention of the cameras even whilst overseas.

A keen observer spotted Sanderson sitting in the front row of the English Premier League match between Tottenham and West Ham at White Hart Lane on the Fox Sports television coverage.

Sando’s beloved Chelsea were away to Norwich, so the avid sports fan decided to get his EPL fix at the Spurs match during his whirlwind trip to London. Unfortunately, Sando wasn’t the good luck charm, with Spurs going down 0-3.

Sanderson was in London with strategy and innovation coach Dean Bailey for the global Leaders in Performance conference. Attendance at the conference was by invitation only, with 400 elite coaches attending the two-day conference held at Chelsea Football Club.

Hawthorn coach Alastair Clarkson and AFL legend Kevin Sheedy were invited to speak at the conference. They were the first AFL coaches asked to present at the conference and spoke alongside the likes of Sam Allardyce, manager of West Ham United, and Sam Presti, general manager of the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA.
