It was another great weekend for Adelaide on the AFL Fantasy front, with seven Crows breaking the 100-point barrier in the win over GWS.

Patrick Dangerfield ($479,476) exploded against the Giants, posting a massive 149 Fantasy points from 33 possessions and five goals. It was Dangerfield’s biggest Fantasy score of his career, and the second-highest total by any player in the AFL for Round Five. The Crows’ co-vice captain sent a clear message to the rest of the competition, and to Fantasy coaches wavering over the trade button, that the 24-year-old remains a must-have in AFL Fantasy.

Milestone man Scott Thompson ($448,172) also produced his best Fantasy performance for the year, notching 131 points in a memorable 250th game for the veteran midfielder. Thompson cannoned into the contest in vintage ‘Thommo’ fashion, winning a game-high 38 possessions and nine clearances. The 31-year-old is surprisingly owned by only one per cent of the Fantasy community and would be a handy addition to any side as the Crows look to topple the Bulldogs and Demons in the coming fortnight.

Expect Matt Crouch ($283,697) to be one of the most traded-in players this week, after the impressive youngster scored 110 Fantasy points in three quarters of football. The Round Five Rising Star nominee racked up 28 possessions and 10 marks before being substituted with minor cramping in his hamstring. Crouch has shown he belongs at AFL level and will go into Round Six with the third-lowest break even of any player in the competition. Do yourself a favour and trade him in before his price skyrockets.

Another week, and another ton for Rory Sloane ($550,607) who continued his fine Fantasy form with 108 points against the Giants. Sloane is the only player in the AFL to have cracked the 100-point barrier in every round this season. The golden-haired Crow had 23 disposals, eight marks, laid four tackles and kicked a goal in another brilliant performance for the home side. Sloane’s consistency also sees him lead Adelaide's Fans' MVP Award and it’s hard to see the joint vice-captain slowing down anytime soon.
