The Adelaide Football Club and Toyota have extended one of the longest-standing corporate partnerships in the AFL.

The Crows and iconic car brand, which has been with the Club since its inception in 1991, have agreed to a new two-year agreement.

It means Toyota will fittingly be a key part of the Club’s 25th season celebrations next year.

Adelaide Football Club Chairman Rob Chapman thanked the entire Toyota team for its ongoing contribution.

“We often say that stability is a hallmark of our Club and our relationship with Toyota epitomises that,” Chapman said.

“The Club is in great shape and Toyota has had a big part to play.

“Their willingness to extend the partnership also reflects the faith they have in where our Club is heading.

“Our gratitude goes to Toyota head office, South Australian management and the dealers in our State.”

Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Regional Manager Robert Nunan said the car maker was proud of the long-standing partnership.

“We have been there from day one and our partnership with the Adelaide Football Club has played a significant role in our success,” he said.

“It has helped us to gain market leadership in South Australia – in addition to every other State and Territory.

“This partnership stretches beyond the immediate success of both the Adelaide Football Club and Toyota, and allows us to give back to a much wider community across the state and beyond."
