Adelaide finished off the AFL Fantasy season in style on Sunday as four Crows posted triple-figure totals against the Saints.

Rory Sloane ($536,119) capped off an incredible Fantasy season with 130 points from 30 possessions, nine marks and three goals to celebrate his 100th game.

Sloane was workmanlike in the clinches for the Crows and was recognised by both coaches as the best player on the ground.

It was Sloane’s fourth score of 130 or more this year and his 14th Fantasy ton of the season.

The score consolidated Sloane as Adelaide’s best-performing Fantasy player of 2014 with an average of 105 points per game. The Crows joint vice-captain was also inside the top five of all players in the competition for total points this year.

Another Fantasy favourite in Sam Jacobs ($500,479) produced the goods on Sunday with a season-high 49 hit-outs and 14 possessions on his way to 100 Fantasy points.

‘Sauce’ dominated the ruck battle against inexperienced Saints duo Billy Longer and Rhys Stanley, with his 49 hit-outs the third-highest total of his AFL career.

Jacobs’ performance added an exclamation mark to what has been a magnificent Fantasy season for the Club’s No.1 ruckman. Jacobs posted 15 Fantasy centuries in 2014 at an average of 97 points per game and looks a near-certainty for a maiden All Australian berth.

Livewire forward Eddie Betts ($367,610) produced his best Fantasy performance of the year to see out the season with a 100-point effort against the Saints.

Betts booted five goals from 17 disposals and five marks, but also brought his teammates into the game with four goal assists.

Eddie’s unselfishness hurt his Fantasy output in 2014, with the two-time All Australian averaging just 68 points a game. Sunday’s final round century was his only Fantasy ton of the year.

But unsurprisingly, Betts finished the minor round as the No.1 player in the AFL for goal assists to cap off a stellar debut season at West Lakes.
