Crows Ambassador Guy Sebastian will represent Australia at the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna.

Guy will be fast-tracked to the Eurovision 2015 Grand Final on Sunday, May 24, as a special one-off wild-card entry as part of Eurovision’s 60th anniversary celebrations.

He’ll perform the contemporary R&B style song ‘Tonight Again’ to a packed Wiener Stadthalle stadium in front of an estimated TV audience of 200 million people.

This is the first time Australia has been able to compete and vote in the global phenomenon that is Eurovision. It follows a special performance by Jessica Mauboy at last year’s contest in Denmark.

Australian audiences first discovered Guy when he was crowned the first winner of Australian Idol in 2003, he has since gone on to release eight studio albums, with accumulated sales in excess of 3.7 million units.

With 42 platinum and three gold certifications Guy has become one of Australia’s most successful male artists. In 2013, his single Battle Scars went Platinum in the US, making Guy one of few artists in Australian music history to achieve this.

Crows players Eddie Betts, Charlie Cameron, Cam Ellis-Yolmen and Club legend Andrew McLeod recently caught up with Guy after his ‘Madness’ show in Adelaide.
