Adelaide has made the difficult decision to delist Matthew Wright after six years at the Club.

Wright, 25, played 94 games after being originally drafted as a rookie in 2009.

He debuted in the Showdown in Round Four, 2011 and was promoted to the senior list for the 2012 season.

Wright split his playing time between the midfield and half forward, kicking 63 goals in his career.

Crows Head of Football David Noble thanked Wright for his commitment to the Club.

“Matthew was very professional during his time at West Lakes and he always put the team’s needs first,” Noble said.

“After starting his career as a rookie he worked hard to get the most out of himself.

“Matthew was a popular member of our playing group and the Club wishes him all the best for the future.”
