Crows midfielder Rory Sloane took over the Club’s Facebook account on Wednesday afternoon to host a flash Q&A session with fans.

Sloane answered a range of questions leading into Adelaide’s Round One opener against North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night.

Check out our recap of some of the best questions and answers below, and don't forget to 'Like' the Crows on Facebook to participate in future Q&A opportunities.

Kelso McDermid: How do you prepare yourself for a big game? Do you listen to music? Eat? Drink? Walk on the oval to get feel of the ground?
Rory Sloane: I go for a swim at the beach in the morning, and always have a banana smoothie pre-game.

Heather Armitage: If you had to choose between winning the world surfing championship and winning the AFL Grand Final, which would you choose & is it a tough decision?
Rory Sloane: Easy a flag for sure! I picked football over tennis as a kid because it’s a team sport. It’s much more fun winning with your mates.

Bradley Neumann: Sloaney, how has Pykey settled in with the boys and how ready are the boys for North Melbourne on Saturday night?
Rory Sloane: He is going very well. Boys love him. And we cannot wait for Saturday night!

Kieran Atkin: Should I select Brad or Matt Crouch in my SuperCoach team?
Rory Sloane: Yes! Both!

Mel Ryan: I need to ask so I can show my six-year-old, what is your favourite food you like to eat during footy season? He is convinced you guys don't eat vegetables…
Rory Sloane: I love veggies.

Fiona Gray: Who was your favourite footballer as a kid?
Rory Sloane: Robert Harvey.

Natalie Logan: Have you as a team been working on kicking straight? We’ve scored too many behinds in the past.
Rory Sloane: We sure have been! We're always working hard in that area.

Nick Gaudio: What boots are you rocking this year?
Rory Sloane: Always Asics. Black ones (NEVER WHITE!!) Lethal Testimonials.

Nick Pemberton: Yes Sloaney! Obviously without giving away too much, what game style changes can fans expect to see this year under Pykey compared to previous years?
Rory Sloane: Expect to see the boys working together a lot more in defence.

Jenny Taing: Hello. Matthew Kingsley wants to know if you're down to eat dinner with him one day? He likes to eat Japanese food whilst watching the sunset and listening to the sounds of fast cars.
Rory Sloane: I love Japanese food, I love sunsets (by the beach though) I don't like the sound of fast cars, sorry!
