Brad Crouch and Wayne Milera will return to action in Adelaide’s top-of-the-table SANFL clash with South Adelaide at Hickinbotham Oval on Sunday afternoon.

Crouch, 22, hasn’t played at any level since Adelaide’s Showdown XL win over Port Adelaide in Round Two due to a hamstring complaint. The Club took a conservative approach with the midfielder’s comeback, with Crouch now set to play his first SANFL game for premiership points since Round 11 of last season.

Milera will play his first game for Adelaide’s SANFL side.

The speedy 18-year-old played in the Club’s first four games of the AFL season before suffering a quad injury. Milera played 11 SANFL games and kicked 11 goals with Central District last year before being drafted by the Crows.

Former Glenelg midfielder Scott Spriggs also comes into the squad after kicking three goals last round for Scotch OC in Division Two of the SAAFL. Port District captain Trent Heffernan will also make his first appearance for the SANFL Crows.

Defender Andy Otten was initially named on an extended interchange pending his SANFL Tribunal appeal at Adelaide Oval on Thursday night. The 26-year-old's appeal failed however and his two-game suspension was upheld by the League.

Troy Menzel will miss Sunday’s clash at Noarlunga after he was concussed in the opening term of Adelaide’s win over Glenelg last round.

Jake Kelly was withdrawn from the squad on Friday due to hand soreness.

Milera, Cam Ellis-Yolmen and Ricky Henderson are the emergences for the Club’s AFL match against Fremantle on Saturday at Adelaide Oval.

The Crows and Panthers are the SANFL’s only undefeated teams after five rounds and are separated by less than two percent on the League ladder.

Crows ticketed members receive free access to the match, which begins at 2.10pm at Hickinbotham Oval. Fans can also listen to live audio commentary via the Mixlr feed below, or on the SANFL’s official website and smartphone app.
